CLIENT STORIES

“There’s positivity in
my life. Those words
didn’t exist before and
that is life-changing”

As a nurse, teacher, and Army veteran, Mary battled with anxiety and PTSD, which had her questioning her self-worth. When 20+ years of talk therapy wasn’t providing necessary outcomes , she started researching new solutions. Then she found Impact.

After ketamine treatment with Impact, Mary found herself a better colleague, mother, and partner.

“I would especially recommend this program for someone who struggles with self-worth, who struggles with an internal critic.”

with Dr. Matthew Habib

Matthew Habib, M.D. is a physician who has dedicated his entire educational career to researching psychedelics as a treatment for various mental health conditions. At Loyola Marymount University, he began his research on cognition via a joint venture with University of California: Los Angeles to investigate how patients with traumatic brain injuries process information. His fascination with cognition and neuroplasticity continued during residency as he joined a research team investigating the use of psilocybin for treatment resistant depression at the University of Arizona. He also completed training in Integrative Medicine during residency, and places his treatment emphasis on healing in all aspects of life to provide holistic, integrative care.

Questions?

Impact is a mental health and wellbeing company on a mission to help people expand their human potential. We’re increasing access to effective science-backed treatments for anxiety and depression, starting with guided ketamine therapy in comfortable, elevated spaces. Impact partners with licensed psychiatric clinicians to help their clients get the most out of treatment through technology, content, and hospitality-inspired client experiences.

Clinicians on Impact’s platform may prescribe guided ketamine therapy for indications of depression or anxiety. Ketamine is a prescription medication that doctors can prescribe off-label to treat depression, anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD, OCD, and other mental health-related conditions.

It has safely been used as an FDA-approved anesthetic since 1970. At lower doses, ketamine can induce physical sensations and thought patterns described as psychedelic.

You’ll begin with an online assessment and video consult with a clinician to see if you’re a fit. Then, you’ll schedule your first visit where you’ll prepare with your guide and undergo your first session. Based on your response, your clinician will provide a personalized plan for the next sessions. Throughout your journey, you’ll use Impact’s online platform to help prepare for your sessions, explore your inner mind, and integrate your experiences into your daily life.

Ketamine produces a sense of disconnection from one’s ordinary reality and usual self that may induce or enhance feelings of creativity, purpose, perspective, serenity, insight, inspiration, gratitude, empathy, connection with others and the world, openness to new ideas, psychological rebirth, and traveling outside of one’s self, among others. You may also experience visual, auditory, and other sensory effects.

Please review the safety info on our website for more information about the potential side effects of ketamine.

$350 for the first month then $80 a month going forward.
